Ordering

How long will my order take?

Delivery times will vary depending on the product selected.

You can plan on 4-6 weeks for toss cushions and accessories, if in stock at the time your order is placed.

All upholstery orders are considered custom made to order furniture and currently require an 12-14 week lead time.

You will be notified straight away if your order contains an item on backorder and if you approve the timing, your order will be processed in full.

Can I cancel my order?

No. All items are custom made to order or special order. These orders may not be canceled or returned.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Our products are either special order or custom made to order and there are NO cancellations, refunds, or returns.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Not at this time.
